As a packaging equipment, high-frequency has become one of the most popular packaging devices on the market due to its ability to quickly cut off excess parts during or within seconds of material fusion welding, resulting in a more perfect processing effect. The demand for high-frequency has always been high, but since the second half of 2009, China's high-frequency machinery industry has been affected by the international financial crisis. 

Although it has maintained a counter trend upward trend, the growth rate has slowed down and is clearly not as good as in previous years. According to statistics from the China Machinery Industry Federation, in the first half of this year, the overall recovery trend of China's machinery industry continued since the fourth quarter of last year, with production and sales growth exceeding 25%, reaching a new high in recent years. 

But in the high-frequency machinery industry, although the industry's output value increased by more than 20% in the first half of this year compared to the same period last year, this data may be a bit inflated, and it can be said that this data is a dangerous signal.

This indicates that the development speed of new products in our country is slowing down, or that the newly developed products are not suitable for the market. Even a few companies that did well in 2009 did not attach enough importance to new product development, resulting in a lack of momentum for their development. 

The development of the industry cannot solely rely on the increase in sales of old products. Without technical support from new products, how can technological progress be reflected? Therefore, Chinese high-frequency enterprises should stand at a new starting point to examine and solve problems, transform their development concepts, enhance market awareness, further improve processing technology and accuracy, and quickly catch up with the world's advanced level with more perfect appearance and stable manufacturing level. They strive to develop a batch of independent intellectual property rights and international advanced level in a short period of time.

China's high-frequency machinery industry started relatively late, and after more than 20 years of development, it has become one of the top ten industries in the machinery industry, providing effective guarantees for the rapid development of the packaging industry. Nowadays, China's high-frequency machinery industry has entered a new era of adjusting product structure and improving development capabilities. Technological upgrading, product replacement, and improvement of business management capabilities are important issues for the development of the high-frequency machinery industry. 

The current gap in China's high-frequency machinery manufacturing level is mainly reflected in the gap in welding technology, which has become a serious constraint on the development of China's high-frequency equipment industry and its competitiveness in the international arena.
